Surely you can easily to choose and make your playlist in many music platforms.  Just listening to music has relaxation benefits. listening to music in the car for a long drive, during my workout, and so much more. Listening to your favorite music and tuning out from the world can be a huge stress relief!

You can relax by getting things off your mind and write them down. Take a few minutes to write down some short notes about how you’re feeling or how your day is going. Don’t worry being poetic or miss spelling, you can write down your feeling in a notebook or your phone. There are a number of different things you can write about, and nobody will see it but you. This can really help you to reflect and relax, writing is very powerful!
